Crystal Park HOA Information

Crystal Park is a planned unit development (PUD) structured as a non-profit corporation, which is governed by a community-elected Board of Directors under By Laws, a Declaration of Conditions, Covenants, Restrictions, and Easements (CCR&Es), and approved policies, rules, and regulations. Additionally, there is a strong committee structure staffed by volunteer residents, which report to the Board of Directors.

On a day-to-day basis, Crystal Park is managed by a full-time Park manager, office administrator and two full-time road maintenance operators, who maintain six miles of paved road and miles of unpaved roads using our fleet of heavy equipment, snow plows and trucks.
